Personal Class Design

We are happy to help you decide on the style, level and pace of your class. Based on what you might like for your guests, we will draw on our shared training to bring you a personalized practice that is best described by one of these three, flexible categories:

Union Yoga: Sun

Get the blood going and your energy moving with a Flow or Hatha Yoga class, ranging from gentle to advanced. Great for students with prior yoga experience.

Union Yoga: Moon

Invite a more cooling and restorative practice, with elements of Yin Yoga. Great for students of all levels of yoga experience, especially beginners, seeking introspection and rest.

Union Yoga: Sun and Moon

Find the balance in this moderate yoga class, infused with a little heat, and ending with a deep relaxation. A good choice to consider for a group of students of various levels, seeking rejuvenation through both movement and release.
